Why we have committees?
SmartDesk Operations was created with a simple belief: the virtual assistance industry can do better.
Too often, concerns around transparency, inconsistent training, limited professional development, and practices that do not always put the interests of clients and virtual professionals first have contributed to a lack of trust and confidence in the industry.
We believe raising industry standards requires more than good intentions. It requires accountability, structure, transparency, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
That is why SmartDesk has established six independent committees focused on Executive Leadership, Strategy, People & Compensation, Finance, Expansion, and Audit. Each committee has a defined responsibility for protecting quality, developing our people, maintaining financial and operational integrity, expanding responsibly, and continually improving how we work.
